In the unlikely event that your purchase has arrived in unsatisfactory condition or does not meet your expectations, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged goods please contact us immediately

To be eligible for a return;

  • You must return the item within 28 days of purchase
  • You must produce your original tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item
  • The item must be returned to Wicked Elf Beer unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.  Eligible refunds will cover the item cost less postage.     As soon as the returned item has been received our team will inspect the item and confirm that it has been received.   We will then advise you on the status of your refund and confirm when it has been processed.
